SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship worldwide via Canada Post.
In Canada and the US, orders over $150 ship free. Shipping rates for orders under $150, as well as international orders, are calculated at checkout based upon the weight of items ordered.
All pricing is shown and charged in Canadian dollars.
Customers are responsible for any relevant duties and taxes that some international destinations may charge.
COVID RETURN POLICY
We don't accept returns, however we accept exchanges of unworn, unused products within 30 days of receipt. Orders placed online can be exchanged in-studio by showing your order confirmation email.
If you want to mail your item back to us (at your cost), please contact us here and include your name and order number. We'll send you instructions that detail how to exchange.
Exchanges: Given that we do limited product runs, we can't guarantee exchange availability. Please contact us, and we'll do our best to help!

THE BIKE RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with THE BIKE, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. The product(s) must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
RIDE CYCLE CLUB will not accept any items returned in non-original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection upon return.
To return THE BIKE, please contact email@example.com to receive a Returns Authorization (RA) number and to book a return pickup. A collection fee of $100 (remote areas may have an additional surcharge) will be deducted from your refund. If the carrier is not able to collect due to items not being prepared for transit, you may re-book the collection by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org (additional collection fee will be applied).
Any product and/or packaging found to be damaged in transit will not impact your refund amount. Any products received damaged, excluding transit damage, will incur a damage and/or repair fee, which is determined by the severity of damage on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot accept any returns without a valid RA number.
Refunds will be issued directly to original payment method within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.
